At CR Mobile Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the nature of mobile spare parts and electronic components, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Installed, used, or damaged items.
  • LCDs, ICs, and electronic parts damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
