Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of mobile spare parts and electronic components, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed, used, or damaged items.
- LCDs, ICs, and electronic parts damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
